I was just reading around about the Photoshop logo, and it's amazing how many people hate it. Everybody knocks it for being a "speech bubble," but I see the letter P in it. I don't think they're giving it the justice it deserves.

I found a fairly high resolution version of the Photoshop one, sadly it's a JPG so there is some artifact, however I may try to clean it up and make it a more usable icon.

Are you working on another one at the moment? What about Flash?

I've read the same things about the Photoshop logo, but i think that the "P" is clearly visible and the glossy effect is nice...in other words the logo is a great work (imho).

About the Flash logo...i don't know how make it. The Dreamweaver recalls to the "D" letter, the Effects icon to "e", but i don't know how recall the "F" letter.

I hope I have explained it well

Yeah, sure it looks like a speech bubble, but the P is far more evident.

I was thinking about how an F would be done, and I came up with this wonderful 10 second trackpad sketch!

It kinda looks like a P there, but if you put the hole close enough to the edge, it may work...
